The Chirp-Zone Hub creates an invisible protection zone, letting customers handle high-value items freely, with an alarm triggered if the product is taken outside the area.
Range Adjustment
A dial on the back of the Hub allows you to fine-tune sensitivity, setting the precise point at which a tag alarms. The maximum with Chirp-Zone is 8 metres radius.
Creating your perimeter:
Setting up your Chirp-Protect system begins with choosing the right number of Hubs to define your security perimeter. Each Chirp-Zone Hub creates an invisible 8-metre radius boundary, allowing shoppers to pick up and inspect items freely within the zone. If a tagged product is taken outside this area, the tag will sound an alarm – which will stop automatically if the item is returned to the protected zone.
With the addition of the ITS Box, your Chirp-Protect system can be linked to existing infrastructure like CCTV, headsets or AI platforms – automatically notifying your team when an item is taken outside of the zone.
