What system do I need?
Help identifying the best setup for your requirements or explaining our products a little more clearly.
Should I choose Chirp-edge or Chirp-zone?
The two systems we sell are designed for completely different environments.
In short, Chirp-edge is best if you have a four-walled building with a proper perimeter. It's our most popular system and works in a similar way to traditional EAS antennas. When a tagged item is taken too close to the Chirp Hub, the Tag will alarm.
Chirp-zone is best if your store doesn't have a perimeter. With Chirp-zone, a Tag will alarm if taken too far away from the Hub. This intended for situations where there is no perimeter (like a kiosk or concession store) or if you want to keep products confined to a set area (like power tools or high-value handbags).
You can read more on our How it Works page.
What products can Chirp protect?

Accessories & Add-ons
Information on additional products to complement your setup.
Can Chirp be connected to a recording system?
Yes. We provide an add-on system called the ITS Box. This box of tricks is programmed to listen to the sound of the Tag (even if someone attempts to mute it). It has a built-in alarm and flashing light which means it can be used as a stand alone device. But it really comes into its own when used with external devices. It has two triggers which can be linked to a bigger siren, or flashing light, or recorded message, or it can even be connected to a CCTV system to capture the thief in the act
