Unusually for the industry, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a similar condition to how you received it and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return and the refund amount will be made to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Occasionally we will offer our products to stores on a free trial basis for evaluation purposes. Unless otherwise stated this trial is for a maximum of 2 months. We reserve the right to end the trial early - for example if the system is not being used. At the end of the trial you will be given the opportunity to purchase the equipment. If you agree then we will invoice you and the warranty period will then commence. If you opt against keeping the equipment then we will arrange a collection of the products. It is assumed that as part of the trial, all products will be looked after and kept in a good condition. Chirp-protect reserves the right to charge for any damaged or non-returned products.
