If a product is alarming or has been sold, the Tag must be deactivated before it can be removed. The Chirp-Protect Desktop Deactivator is a compact electronic unit designed to sit discreetly at the till – it can even be mounted underneath the counter without affecting performance.
Simply pass the Tag across the Deactivator and it will switch off instantly, allowing safe and silent removal.

In larger stores, multi-area buildings, or where Chirp-Zone is used for area-specific protection, Remote Deactivators can be added to give staff the ability to deactivate tags while on the move – ideal for providing flexible, responsive service across your site.
