How Thetford Garden Centre Eliminated Losses on Jellycat and Spirits

"Although we already had a traditional EAS security system installed at Thetford Garden Centre, we were still experiencing high levels of theft on key product lines, particularly Jellycat and spirits.

Since introducing Chirp Protect and focusing specifically on those vulnerable categories, we have not seen any known losses on products protected with the Chirp system. The solution has been simple to implement, highly effective, and has given both our team and customers greater confidence in those areas of the store.

Due to the success we have seen so far, we are now in the process of expanding the use of Chirp Protect tags across additional core categories within the business."
