"Since implementing the Chirp-Protect security tagging system, we’ve seen a significant drop in our stock loss. The tags are incredibly easy to attach and remove from products, making them convenient for our team to manage. We used to suffer greatly when people were traveling through the area, especially in the summer, but this year we didn't face that issue at all. In fact, we heard that the shoplifters targeted another store 10 miles away instead!

We've had incidents where people tried to walk out with high-value items like steaks, but as soon as they hear the alarm, they immediately return and say, 'Oh sorry, I thought I'd paid for that.' The system even caught us by surprise when one of our regulars, who didn't fit the typical shoplifter profile, removed a tag. Although we missed him at the time, we reviewed the CCTV footage and addressed the issue the next day. We made him pay for his shopping and banned him from the store. The presence of the tags is enough to make people put down items like steaks once they see they're protected.
