Nisa store reduces theft of baby formula to zero

We first installed Chirp-protect in February 2024 at one of my Nisa stores, where we were struggling with shoplifting of high-risk items like baby powder, steaks, coffee, and more. Since tagging these products, we have seen a significant drop in shoplifting including zero theft of baby powder. The tags are reusable, so we ordered additional tags following the initial install to protect an even wider range of items, maximizing the system’s effectiveness.

The setup process was seamless. Michelle provided excellent support, including training videos on the best ways to apply and remove the tags. She also stayed in touch with the store manager to ensure everything was running smoothly. We have since installed Chirp-protect at our second store and took advantage of their installation engineer on that occasion.

I can confidently recommend Chirp-protect to anyone dealing with shoplifting issues. Before Chirp-protect, we were losing over £250 each month to shoplifting. Now, not only has that loss significantly reduced, but the tags act as both a visual deterrent as well as alarming in situ if they are tampered with or if they try to exit the store without first being deactivated first, and even better they continue to alarm outside the store!

This system is simple, cost-effective, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results!
